will be fired at 50 Yds. target B6. Timed and rapid fire will be fired at 25
Yds., target B8.
REGISTRATION: All matches are
presquaded. Entries will be limited to 40 shooters. 20 shooters per day. A
$10.00 non-refundable registration fee is required with all entries. Please indicate your first and second choice
of shooting dates and your telephone number. All entries received by Saturday
preceding the match will be confirmed by mail
or phone. Any competitor who
has not received squading confirmation by Thursday should call the Match
Director, William Berger at (631) 289-0387.
FEES: Three-gun
package fee is $38.00 (includes all individual matches). Please make checks
payable to PECONIC RIVER SPORTSMAN'S CLUB (PRSC). Mail entries to William
Berger, 183 Richmond Ave., Medford, NY 11763.
RULES: All current NRA
rules will govern the matches. The competitors are responsible for scoring and
repairing targets and turning in their signed scorecards at the conclusion of
each individual match. Scorecards, which are not turned in at the end of each
individual match, will be scored a zero. The plug type scoring device shall be
limited in use to
range personnel, jury and NRA referee. Ties will be broken according to NRA rules.
ELIGIBILITY: Competition is
limited to NRA members only. Membership will be
available at the
range.
CHALLENGES: Must be made
within one hour of posting. Challenge fee is $1.00
AWARDS: Cash award pool
will consist of a minimum of 50% of all of the match fees collected after match
expenses. There will be one place award in each match based on the first five
competitors after the match winner has been awarded. An additional award will
be made for each additional four shooters in each class. In the event there are
5 or less High Masters shooting, they will compete for open awards only. NRA
classification will be used for awards.
FACILITIES: Peconic River
Sportsman's Club has a 50 yard, 20 position range with covered firing points
and electric turning targets for timed and rapid fire. Restroom and picnic
facilities are available to the competitors. There are motels, restaurants,
campgrounds and delicatessens nearby.

Spectators will not be allowed on the range at any time. Shooters and guests
are not allowed to roam the club property unescorted. The sponsor reserves the
right to reassign positions as may be necessary. The consumption of alcoholic
beverages is not permitted. Anyone not conducting themselves in an orderly
manner may be asked to leave. No personal equipment s to be left downrange
while shooting is in progress. I.e.: staplers, loose targets, scorecards,
clipboards, etc. DIRECTIONS: Exit 69 LIE (495) north on Wading River
Road 3 miles. Make a right turn on Grumman Boulevard and go 2.6 miles to the
club entrance on the right.
EYE AND EAR PROTECTION ARE REQUIRED
